Refunds

We want you to shop with confidence. Here’s everything you need to know:

 

General Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of your item’s arrival. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
Sale items and gift cards are non returnable.
Refunds are issued only as store credit. No cash or card refunds will be granted.

 

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please contact us at support@dianarafashion.com before sending anything back we’ll guide you through the process and answer any questions about the return cost.

 

Refunds:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically processed within 5-7 business days, but please allow up to 30 business days depending on your bank.

 

Holiday Returns:
Items purchased during Black Friday/Cyber Monday are eligible for return until December 31st. Returns are not accepted after this date for BFCM purchases.

 

Sale Items:
Sale items are not eligible for a full refund. We may offer exchanges or a partial refund (15%-30%) depending on the item.

 

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, email support@dianarafashion.com immediately and we’ll fix it for you.

 

Exchanges:
Need a different size or color?
Items must be returned in original condition.
If we sent the wrong size, we’ll cover shipping. If you ordered the wrong size, you’ll cover the return shipping.

 

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or worn items
Custom or personalized products
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., lingerie, swimsuits, cosmetics)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

 

Return Instructions:

  1. Email support@dianarafashion.com before sending anything back.

  2. Once approved, we’ll send you the correct return address (*Please note: Our business address is NOT a return address).

  3. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  4. Provide us with a tracking number once your return is on the way.

Note: Items sent back without pre-approval will not be accepted.

 

Tracking Your Order:
Visit our tracking page to monitor your order.
If your tracking says “No tracking available,” allow 2-5 business days for updates.
If it’s been more than 5 business days with no update, contact us.

 

Additional Info:
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• During holidays (Nov. 1 - Dec. 25), returns must be received by January 10th.
• We guarantee all merchandise is authentic.
Minor imperfections (like missing threads) may occur on distressed items.
We offer a 30-day warranty for such issues.
